An initial three month coaching programme with Paul
Monthly coaching meeting via Zoom, 60-90 mins. 3 weekly catch up calls 30 mins for accountability and review.
Once all the discovery work is completed we will set up the first Coaching session. Usually, this session will take 60 - 90 minutes. I will help you identify your key strengths and the areas for development. The programme will enable you to focus on and achieve your desired outcome. Nutrition and your fitness levels will also be included.
